My Observation: Make the vacation a GREAT vacation! At Seas The Day, we recommend arriving to your port of embarkation the day before. Some hotels require a two-night minimum. My suggestion is to book a two-night hotel stay at or near the port. Schedule your Kennedy Space Center adventure during the day following your first night. It is suggested that a visit to the Kennedy Space Center will be 6-8 hours. Comfortable shoes are suggested, as well as consideration of the time of year, as Florida can be extremely hot during the summer months. Return back to your hotel, with your cruise the following day.
